Description

The NanoTherm 100F Ferrous NF is an advanced nanotechnology thermal-insulating coating system for ferrous metals, designed for applications requiring thermal performance, metal protection, and a low application thickness. It is the successor to NanoTherm 120 Metal and follows the TICS – Thermal Insulating Coating System NanoTherm philosophy.

Its formulation is based on a water-based acrylic matrix with micro- and nanoceramic vacuum spheres that form a continuous thermal-insulating film. This film limits heat transfer through conduction, radiation, and convection while also acting as an energy-saving and protective barrier for the metal.

The product is non-flammable (NF – Non Flammable), low-VOC, environmentally friendly, and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It helps reduce thermal loads, limit condensation, and reduce corrosion, extending the service life of metal structures.
