Data we collect

When you submit a contact or product enquiry form, we may collect your name, email, telephone number, subject, message, product of interest and your consent.

For website operation and security, we may record IP address, request time, page, browser, device and technical event logs.

If accounts or online ordering are enabled, we may collect account, billing, delivery and transaction information needed to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to answer enquiries and prepare quotations on the basis of pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests; to fulfil orders or agreements on the basis of contract; to meet accounting, tax or other duties on the basis of law; and for security, abuse prevention and service improvement on the basis of legitimate interests.

We use non-essential cookies and Google Analytics only when you have consented through the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Contact forms and product enquiries

Information you submit is used to assess and respond to your request unless the law requires otherwise or a commercial relationship is established. Please do not send sensitive personal data through general enquiry forms.

Analytics and Google Tag Manager

After consent to statistics, the website may use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for aggregate measurement of traffic, engagement and performance. Cookie identifiers, device information, approximate location and usage data may be processed.

Before consent, analytics and advertising storage are set to denied through Google Consent Mode. We do not currently use Google Ads or marketing cookies.

Recipients and processors

Authorised staff and necessary hosting, technical support, security, email and website management providers may have access only to the extent required.

For consented analytics, Google services are used. The website also relies on WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, TranslatePress and Complianz for their respective functions. Data may be disclosed to professional advisers or competent authorities where required by law.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism, with appropriate safeguards.

Retention periods

Contact and quotation enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months unless a contract follows or a lawful need requires longer retention. Commercial, accounting and tax records are kept for the period required by applicable law.

Technical logs are retained for a reasonable and limited period for security and diagnostics. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings and is deleted or aggregated when no longer required.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus or the supervisory authority in your place of residence or work.
