NanoTherm 600HP – Hi-Heat PRO NF
High-temperature thermal-insulating coating for industry & marine applications.
The NanoTherm 600HP is a nanotechnology thermal-insulating coating of the TICS (Thermal Insulating Coating System), water-based and designed for extremely high operating temperatures and demanding applications on metal surfaces. It contains special high-temperature binders and hollow ceramic microspheres that create an active thermal-insulating film.
Application in three coats creates a total active thickness of approximately 0.35–0.50 mm, which acts as a barrier to heat transfer through conduction, radiation, and convection, without bulk or thermal bridges.
