NanoTherm 100M

Description

The NanoTherm 100M Masonry NF is an advanced water-based thermal-insulating coating specially designed for masonry and roof applications. It is the new name for NanoTherm Pro T120 and belongs to the Thermal Insulating Coating Systems (TICS) category, providing a substantial reduction in heat transfer with minimal application thickness.

Its operation is based on creating a continuous, impermeable thermal shield that limits thermal radiation reaching the substrate by reflecting and dispersing energy instead of storing it. This is achieved through high-strength acrylic binders combined with solid microspheres and air-vacuum structures, distributed to maximise the material's thermal performance throughout the applied volume.

The NanoTherm 100M is applied in thin layers with a total thickness of approximately 1 mm and can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is resistant to UV radiation, moisture, and biological attack, and contains mould and fungus inhibitors. At the same time, it remains breathable and does not act as a vapour barrier, helping improve indoor hygiene and thermal comfort.

Simply dilute it with water so it can be applied by brush or roller. Each litre covers 5 m² indoors; outdoors, the required coverage is 0.700 L/m² for roofs, 0.500 L/m² for north-facing surfaces, and 0.330 L/m² for other surfaces.
