Description

NanoTherm 200ST is suitable for continuous operation up to 200 °C, with resistance to temperature peaks up to 250 °C for a limited period, making it ideal for industrial and technical applications where conventional paints or insulation fail. It resists moisture, UV radiation, and corrosion, while helping reduce CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation).

It is easily applied by roller, brush, or airless spray in thin successive layers, without special equipment or a large thickness. It is non-toxic, low-VOC, odourless, and user- and environmentally friendly, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

NanoTherm 200ST provides thermal insulation, protection, and energy upgrading in a single coating, saving space, weight, and maintenance costs while extending the structure's service life.

Its formulation is based on a water-based acrylic dispersion enriched with ceramic and glass vacuum microspheres, which limit heat transfer through conduction, convection, and radiation. At the same time, it creates an elastic, cohesive film with high adhesion to metal and mineral surfaces, acting as a thermal barrier and protective coating.
